The Firm
Strategic Associates, Inc. was founded in 1988 with the purpose of creating a highly specialized firm focusing on talent and opportunity in the national supply chain, operations, procurement, and quality marketplace including regulatory affairs in the health care product industry.
This encompasses talent in manufacturing operations (plant and corporate), supply chain (front end planning and back end logistics), sourcing/procurement, quality, and continuous improvement. Our clients and candidates are nationwide and very deep in the latest competitive best practices and technologies of Six Sigma and Lean, among others.
Clients served in manufacturing are global and domestic, cross industry within consumer-packaged goods, industrial & high technology products, perishable and durable goods, medical device, capital equipment, food & beverage and more. They are Fortune 500 and 50 to mid-sized and smaller privately held firms.
